Information regarding fligths and airport services is being provided in the Departure terminal A on the 1st floor by the information desk, on the phone number +421 2 3303 3353 or by e-mail information@airportbratislava.sk
The Bratislava Cultural and Information Centre (Bratislavské kultúrne a informačné stredisko - BKIS)
The stand of the Bratislava Cultural and Information Centre is situated on the ground floor in terminal B, in the area open to public. All information on the town of Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic, information leaflets and maps are available at this centre free of charge.
Pay phones
The coin pay phones as well as the card pay phones are situated on the ground floor in the area open to public and on the 1st floor in transit area in departure terminal A and on the ground floor in the arrival terminal B.

Opening hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (lunch break 12:30 – 13:00)

Room for mothers with children
There is a special room for mothers with children situated in the departure part of the terminal, behind the passport and security control.
The room is intended for indispensable care for the child.
Operation: non-stop (24 hours daily).
Assistance services
The airport personnel provide disabled persons with the necessary assistance from the special assistance contact point up to boarding the plane. Please address your request for assistance using the phone placed directly at the ground floor of the departure terminal. The contact point for assistance call is visibly labeled.
The terminal is barrier-free and there are wheelchairs available for handicapped passengers.
The elevator is situated on the right next to the entry.

The first aid is at the passengers' disposal 24 hours daily.
