The new destination, Malaga, is a bustling port city along the Mediterranean Coast in the South of Spain. It is the second biggest city in Andalucía and the sixth biggest city of Spain with approximately six hundred thousand inhabitants. Even though Malaga is located close to the tourist expansion along the coast on Costa del Sol, it is still an authentic Spanish city that retained its original character. With a wide selection of typical bars, restaurants and cafes Malaga offers its visitors a perfect surrounding to enjoy the city.

One of the main attractions for tourists in Malaga is the Picasso Museum with its wonderful collection of pieces from this Malaga-born artist. Furthermore, the Catedral de la Encarnación which is famous because even after almost 500 years of construction it is still not finished and misses the top part of the main façade. Besides this it the beaches that really make Malaga worth a visit and the long coast that stretches from there is one of the most visited areas in Spain.

Speaking in Bratislava today, Ryanair’s Sales & Marketing Manager Henrike Schmidt said:

Not only does this route give our passengers even more choice from/to Bratislava, it also strengthens our position as Slovakia’s biggest airline. As stated by the press this week, Ryanair has taken a firm lead in Slovakia with 60% of the total seat capacity – all from Bratislava.”
Celebrating the announcement of the new route to Malaga, Ryanair has released 500 000 €5 seats across our European network for travel from January and February. This offer is valid until Midnight 17th December. These fares are sure to be snapped up quickly so we urge passengers to log onto www.ryanair.com today.
