Zdeněk Schraml has many years of experience in the field of legal counselling. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. This doctorate holder in financial law held a position of lawyer in I.D.C. Holding, a.s., Generali Poisťovňa, a.s. a KPMG Slovensko. He also worked at the National Bank of Slovak republic at the position of Legal Department Director and subsequently as the Director of Legal services Department at the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak republic. From July 2006 he became the Director of privatization in the Ministry of Transportation, Posts and Telecommunication of the Slovak republic, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bratislava Airport, ZSSK Cargo and Národná diaľničná spoločnosť. Since June 2008 he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of M. R. Stefanik Airport and holder of the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZSSK Cargo and Národná diaľničná spoločnosť.

Jozef Pojedinec studied at the Faculty of special engineering of the Zilina University in Zilina, specialization of civil security. He has long term experience in management. He worked at the position of Region Director in the company GUARD, s.r.o. Bratislava with the branch in Košice.   He also got useful experience in Tatravagonka Poprad or by being self-employed. Since 2004 he has been the Bratislava Airport Security Division Director. She has been strengthening the Board of Directors since September 2008.

Radek Zábranský has many years of experience in the field of aviation. Since 1990 he has been working at the operation, commerce and managing positions in the area of air transport. After completing the studies he worked as a Prague Airport Station Dispatcher, later on he hold the position of Country Sales Representative for the Czech and Slovak Republic at Alitalia airline. From 1996 to 2007 he worked in the International Air Transport Association IATA, first at the position of BSP Assistant Manager, later on as the Regional Manager for Central Europe. He studied at Brno International Business School where he got the Nottingham Trent University diploma and the title of Master of Business Administration (MBA). Since August 2008 he holds the position of Director of Marketing and Commerce Division. In September 2008 he was appointed to the position of the Member of the Board of Directors.
